UGGSAE operates this website and store, including all related content, features, tools, products and services (collectively, the “Services”) to provide customers with a curated shopping experience. Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

We do our best to display our products accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, and lighting.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. We do not guarantee that the appearance, colour, or quality of products will match exactly what you see on screen or meet your expectations.

We may update product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities on a case-by-case basis.

3. Orders

An order is not considered accepted until we confirm acceptance, and payment has been successfully processed. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may not be able to accommodate cancellations or changes once an order has been accepted.

If we cancel or change an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at checkout.

You confirm that purchases are for personal or household use only and not for resale or export.

Prices, promotions, and discounts may change at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at checkout at the time you place your order and reflected in your order confirmation email.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that your payment provider will honour charges incurred.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our reasonable control.

Once your order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you (to the extent permitted by law).

UGGSAE names, logos, and branding are trademarks of UGGSAE. Shopify’s name and branding are trademarks of Shopify. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Your use of third-party tools is at your own risk. If you choose to use them, you should review the third party’s terms.

UGGSAE is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, purchases made through our store are made directly with UGGSAE.

You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any part of any sale between you and UGGSAE, including any injury, damage, or loss relating to purchased products. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your purchases and transactions with UGGSAE.

10. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Shopify may also process personal data as part of providing the Services.

11. Feedback

We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product information, pricing, promotions, shipping fees, transit times, and availability at any time without notice, including after an order is placed, and we may cancel an order if information is inaccurate.

You must not misuse the Services, interfere with security features, upload malicious code, scrape data, infringe intellectual property, harass others, impersonate any person or entity, or engage in any conduct that harms UGGSAE, Shopify, or other users.

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

19. Waiver; Entire Agreement

Failure to enforce any right under these Terms is not a waiver. These Terms and referenced policies represent the entire agreement between you and UGGSAE regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
