At UGGSAE, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. The information below outlines our return process, eligibility requirements and refund conditions.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.

1. Change of Mind Returns

If you decide an item is not suitable, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

1.1 Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the item must be:

• Unworn
• Unused
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With all original tags and packaging attached

Items returned in used, worn, damaged or altered condition will not be accepted.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned for change of mind:

• Worn footwear
• Items returned without original packaging
• Clearance or final sale items (where stated)
• Gift cards

1.3 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email info@uggsae.com with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for return

Our team will provide return instructions and the return address.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

1.4 Refund for Change of Mind

Once your return has been received, inspected and approved, we will refund the product price only.

Original shipping fees from the initial order are non-refundable.

2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• A brief description of the problem

We will assess the claim and arrange a replacement, exchange or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

3. Exchanges

If you require a different size or colour, please return the original item first.

Once your return has been processed and refunded, you may place a new order for the correct item.

This process helps avoid delays and ensures availability of the replacement item.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as UGGSAE is not responsible for parcels lost in transit.

For change-of-mind exchanges, customers are responsible for:

• The cost of returning the original item
• The shipping cost for the replacement order

5. International Returns

International customers follow the same return procedure outlined above.

However, all return postage costs, customs duties, import taxes and associated fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking local customs requirements before returning any items.

6. Refund Process

You will receive an email notification once your return has been received and assessed.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that bank and card processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

7. Shipping & Handling Fees

A $10 restocking and handling fee applies per returned item, capped at $25 per parcel where three or more items are returned together.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

8. Returned to Sender

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

• Non-collection
• Refusal of delivery
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Failure to pay customs charges
• Being held at a postal facility beyond the permitted timeframe

The customer will be responsible for:

• Any return postage charges incurred
• Any reshipment fees

Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed once the parcel has been received and inspected.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Returns & Refund Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
