Shipping Policy

At UGGSAE, we aim to process and deliver your order as efficiently and smoothly as possible. The information below explains how our shipping process operates, what you can expect, and your responsibilities as a customer.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Order Processing

Once full payment has been successfully received and cleared, orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During peak seasons, promotional periods or major sales events, processing times may be extended due to increased order volumes. All processing and dispatch timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Within Australia

All Australian orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Warwick Farm, New South Wales, and delivered via established courier providers.

2.1 Delivery Charges (Australia)

Standard Delivery: $10 AUD for orders under $100 AUD
Free Standard Delivery: Available for orders of $100 AUD or more
Express Delivery: $15 AUD (available on all orders)

2.2 Estimated Delivery Timeframes (After Dispatch)

• Metropolitan areas: 1–3 business days
• Regional and rural areas: 3–5 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays may occur due to courier network congestion, public holidays, weather conditions, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

2.3 Delivery Responsibility

Customers must ensure that all shipping details entered at checkout are correct and complete.

UGGSAE is not responsible for:

• Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details
• Parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
• Additional redelivery or correction fees charged by the courier

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. While we will endeavour to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

3. International Shipping

We ship internationally from our Australian warehouse to selected countries.

3.1 Processing & Transit Times

International orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment clearance.

Estimated transit time is approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery may take longer depending on customs processing, local courier services or destination country regulations.

Delays caused by customs clearance procedures are outside our control.

3.2 International Delivery Charges

International Air Parcel: $15 AUD
International Air Express: $20 AUD
Free Shipping: For orders of $400 AUD or more

3.3 Customs, Duties & Taxes

All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees and related charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

UGGSAE does not estimate, collect, reimburse or cover these charges.

We are not responsible for:

• Customs delays
• Seizure or confiscation by customs authorities
• Additional regulatory actions taken by foreign authorities

Customers are advised to check local import regulations before placing an order.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details.

Tracking updates are provided by third-party courier services and are subject to their scanning systems and reporting accuracy. Updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

5. Returns & Delivery Issues

5.1 Change of Mind – International Orders

For international orders, change-of-mind returns are accepted for the item value only.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs, customs charges and any associated fees must be covered by the customer.

5.2 Returned to Sender

If a parcel is returned due to:

• Non-collection
• Refusal of delivery
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Being held at a postal facility beyond the permitted timeframe

The customer will be responsible for:

• Return shipping charges incurred
• Any additional reshipment costs

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed once the parcel has been received at our warehouse and inspected.

6. Delayed or Lost Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can lodge an enquiry with the courier.

While we will assist in investigating delivery issues, UGGSAE is not liable for delays, loss or damage caused by third-party carriers or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
